Sealcoating
Preventative maintenance for a longer life out of your parking lot. Protects against water damage, extends the life of the pavement, and makes the surface easier to clean. Also, sealcoating is aesthetically pleasing to the customer and provides a great first great impression. Along with sealing the parking lot every 2-5 years, cracks should be filled every 1-2 years. The process involves: edging any surrounding grass or vegetation, blowing off all loose debris and dirt, treating oil spots, cleaning and filling structural cracks, and spraying (2) coats of sealer.
Paving & Repairs
Repair potholes, low areas, crumbling asphalt, etc. by patching these damaged areas. Usually, these are safety & liability issues. If the the majority of the asphalt is compromised, it will make more sense to pave the entire lot. We can provide and discuss options depending on your budget.
Line Striping
Compliant with ADA regulations, restripe existing lines or layout new ones with premium quality Sherwin Williams traffic paint. Customers can easily park and navigate through the lot with new lines, arrows, and graphics. Normally occurs after Sealcoating or Paving of the parking lot. We also repaint existing parking lines and traffic markings.
Concrete
Repair sidewalks, curbs, dumpster pads, or other concrete areas of tripping hazards or damage. Also, ensure the parking lot is compliant with ADA regulations for handicap ramps.
Drainage
Repair or replace parking lot drain catch basins, trench drains, underground drain pipes & other stormwater systems to minimize the damaging effects that water and ice can have on your lot.
Snow & Ice
We offer Commercial snow and ice removal only. We ensure parking lot and sidewalks are safe to use during and post snow storms.
